A Process That Can Breathe

Good collaboration doesn’t come from more meetings, but from clear rhythms and deliberate pauses.

Rhythm Instead of Constant Motion

A process that never stops leaves no trace. Progress only becomes visible through the alternation of focused work and deliberate distance. Pauses are not idle time; they are part of the method.

In practice that means fixed moments for decisions, open time for thinking, and a shared understanding of what finished looks like.

Three Simple Rules

First: fewer people per decision. Second: written before spoken. Third: finish something every week, not just start it.
