NARM® · Somatic Experiencing® · Realization Process®

Healing doesn’t happen only in the mind. It happens in the body, in relationship.

Trauma therapy in NARM®, Somatic Experiencing® and Realization Process® Embodiment. For people who have understood that insight alone isn’t enough.

Angela Große, trauma therapist

“The body remembers what the mind has long since explained.”

What this is about

Much of what stands in your way today was once an intelligent solution.

Survival strategies form early, and for good reason. Make yourself small. Keep everyone happy. Need nothing. Always be strong. They carried us through a time when we had no other option — and at some point they became the very thing that separates us from ourselves.

This work isn’t about living through the past again. It’s about noticing, here and now, how those old patterns still move in your body, your relationships, your nervous system — and following what is still alive underneath them.

Three approaches

Three methods, one concern: connection.

01

NARM®

Dr. Laurence Heller

Understanding developmental trauma and bringing old survival strategies into awareness in the present — so that identity, self-worth and connection can move again.

02

Somatic Experiencing®

Dr. Peter Levine

What got stuck in the nervous system is allowed to complete. Gently, in small steps, always with a way back — never by reliving.

03

Realization Process®

Dr. Judith Blackstone

Nondual embodiment work: presence within your own body as the ground from which healing and spiritual unfolding happen at once.

In NARM we meet at eye level. Not an expert above a patient — two people, one of whom already knows the way.

How it works

The way into the work

Step 01

First conversation, 20 minutes

Free and without obligation. You say what brings you; I explain how I work. Then you decide, unhurried.

Step 02

The first sessions

We feel our way in: what is here, what holds, what needs protecting. Safety before depth — always in that order.

Step 03

A rhythm of your own

Some come weekly, some every fortnight, some over years at long intervals. There is no prescribed package.

Voices from the work

Voices from the work

“I want to say a big thank you from my heart for our work together over the past year. On New Year’s Eve I listened to a voice message I had recorded for my future self on New Year’s Eve 2023, and I was truly amazed at how much has changed since then. I’m deeply grateful and looking forward to exploring further with you.”

Orlando

“The coaching sessions with Angie are so enriching for my life. At times it feels like magic, because she sets processes in motion in me that I never thought I would get to experience. Her accepting, sensitive way gives me the feeling of being seen, accepted and taken seriously. That helps me widen my own inner perspective. Thank you, Angie.”

Client

“Thank you for the enchanting encounter. What a gift! I now carry the connection of heaven and earth, water and fire even more deeply within me. Or rather: I say yes on a deeper level. I take the listening with me, the power of the voice and of sound. Since yesterday I’ve been humming to myself again.”

Namiah

Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.
