Principle
I process personal data only insofar as it is necessary to answer your enquiry and to carry out therapeutic work. Data is never passed to third parties for advertising purposes.
Visiting the website
This website is hosted by Framer B.V., Buiksloterweg 3B, 1031 CJ Amsterdam, Netherlands. When you visit the site, technical access data is stored in server log files: truncated IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in secure operation. Data is deleted after 30 days. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.
Contact form and session request
If you use the form, I process your name, email address, selected topic, preferred time and message in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Please do not share health data in the form beyond what is necessary. Sensitive matters are best discussed in a protected conversation.
Communication via WhatsApp
If you contact me via WhatsApp, your data is processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.; transfer to third countries cannot be ruled out. Use is voluntary. For confidential content I recommend email or telephone.
Video sessions
Sessions take place via Zoom (Zoom Communications, Inc.). Processed data includes name, email address, meeting metadata, and image and sound during the session. Sessions are not recorded. A data processing agreement is in place; transfers to the USA are based on the EU standard contractual clauses.
Documentation and confidentiality
I keep brief notes on the course of our work. These are subject to my professional duty of confidentiality, stored encrypted, and seen by me alone. The legal basis is Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to working together are deleted after six months at the latest. Records from therapeutic work are retained in line with the applicable statutory periods and deleted thereafter.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and embeds no external tracking services. There is no audience measurement and no profiling.
Encryption
Transmission is exclusively encrypted via TLS. You can recognise this by the padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time without giving reasons. A message to angela.grosse@yahoo.com is sufficient.
Right to complain
