About
I know the way back, because I have walked it.
I have worked as a therapist since 2001 and with trauma since 2014. What brought me here was not only training.

My story
About twenty years ago something opened in me. I had no words for it then — a spaciousness, a stillness in which, for the first time, everything seemed to be in its place. It was the clearest thing I had ever known.
And then it fell away. Not all at once, but in layers.
Then came some very hard years. I grew up in a childhood where safety was never a given. For a long time I had believed I had left that behind me. In those years it caught up with me again, at full force.
I found myself in a very dark place. I say that without drama, but also without softening it: there was a time when I did not know whether I would find my way back. Looking back, I know that understanding alone is not enough. Insight is not the same thing as a nervous system that feels safe.
What shaped my path lastingly was no single realisation and no method on its own. It was many years of my own therapeutic work. NARM, Somatic Experiencing and later the Realization Process marked me most. Not because they gave me better explanations, but because there my body was allowed to learn, step by step, to experience safety, connection and spaciousness again.
That experience stays with my work to this day. It reminds me how much time change sometimes needs, and how much it matters to have someone across from you who wants to force nothing. Someone who stays present, even where words are no longer enough.
That is why I accompany people in their own development today. Not because I know the right path, but because I have experienced how much can change when someone holds the space — with calm, with clarity, and without pushing.
I know what it is to have understood everything and still feel nothing. And I know that this can change.
