Somatic Experiencing®

Traumatic experience remains not as memory but as unfinished movement in the nervous system. SE works directly at that level: sensation, impulse, rhythm.
In small, measured steps — pendulating between activation and settling. Your system sets the pace, never the other way round. Reliving the trauma is not required.
