Less Is a Decision

Most projects don’t fail for lack of ideas, but because there are too many. Clarity arrives the moment we are willing to let go of good options so the right one has room. That is uncomfortable — and it is the actual work.

Reduction is therefore not a style choice but a stance. If you leave things out, you must know what stays. And once you know what stays, you can give it your full attention.

How Clarity Shows Up

Clarity rarely feels spectacular. It shows up as faster decisions, shorter conversations, and nobody asking what this is really about.
